Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items

How to Return an Item

- Return Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your items.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
